Brenda Tarrida, born and raised in

Bellingham, WA is a devoted mother of

seven and grandmother to seventeen.

Her life is deeply grounded in faith

and family, shaped by values of love,

kindness, and strong morals, which

she has lovingly passed down to her

children and future generations. One

of her cherished sayings, “Pretty is as

pretty does,” inspired her to create a

series of books about a little girl named

Pretty, who strives to make the world a

better place, one friendship at a time.
